    "content": "especially on Ms. Abdi Leila. We have a lot of details that if the House is interested in… Because of time, I would wish that Members actually look at what we did. It is disturbing, I think for the first time in the history of this House that somebody would walk into such kind of interview or a panel with a document which was actually looking like a leaving certificate mentioning mock results, much as they were aware that their original certificates of their higher level of education were also required. And as my Chair puts it, we have so many issues especially in the education sector to do with teachers and learning which touch on the lives of our children. Hon. Speaker, we cannot afford to bring on board people who do not seem to understand what it means to go out educating others. We care, much as they sit in boardrooms, but whatever decisions that this Commission makes concerning our teachers, percolates and affects the children in the classroom. Therefore, Hon. Speaker, I second. I want to urge Members that, even that age is important. You cannot create that age gap and expect members to perform and they have no idea. Of course, we had that oral interaction. You can gauge the level of confidence of an individual as they answer and respond to questions that are put across."
