    "content": "This detention is unconstitutional. The Constitution protects everybody’s right to dignity, protection from cruelty, inhuman degrading treatment and to liberty. The right to dignity means that one must be valued and treated with respect. The right to be protected from cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment places a responsibility on the Government to ensure that no one is treated in a manner that causes them mental, emotional and physical pain or in any manner that humiliates them."
