    "content": "Kenyans are suffering, more so, those who come from the lowlands. They are really suffering from floods. The Government should intervene to alleviate their suffering. Hon. Members of Parliament from Kisumu and other parts affected by these floods have done their best. However, we can only talk about it. We cannot physically go and control the floods caused by the bursting of River Nyando."
