(Dr.) Musuruve, that the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Ms. Mochache said that the Government is incurring the costs of taking care of patients. She indicated that it should be Kshs1 million to take care of the patients until recovery. I do not think there is a situation which arises whereby any fees will be incurred."
