Sakaja, it is high time that this Bill be given justice so that we can know these people who have been affected; how can they be compensated or where should they be taken to at this particular time. This is because some of them had businesses in that place. We should find out how they can continue running their businesses. It is very sad. I convey my condolences and I believe that all shall be well with those two counties. Thank you."
