There is the National Disaster Management Bill that went to the National Assembly. Would it be in order if I request that the Senate Business Committee (SBC), through you, write to the Speaker of the National Assembly to find out where this piece of legislation is? This is because we need to establish a proper framework for the national and county governments to coordinate. We work here and legislate so that we do not have to deal every week and every month with these things. Could I kindly request that you make that communication?"
