    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the late Peter Gachago Gacheru was a well-known hawker in Kawangware, Riruta area. On the night of 3rd April 2020, Mr Gachago was mysteriously dropped at a medical centre in Riruta. On the morning of 4th April 2020, the family visited the hospital and found that Mr Gacheru had passed on. The doctor at the facility falsely informed the family that Peter had been brought to the hospital in a critical condition and the doctor allegedly claimed that Peter fell down while drunk and sustained serious head injuries that caused his death."
