    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule be amended— (b) in the proposed amendments to the Value Added Tax Act, 2013, by— (ii) deleting the proposed amendment to Section 5 and substituting therefor the following new amendment⸺ s.5 (2) Delete the proviso to paragraph (aa). This is a clean-up. We are deleting a proviso which had been provided earlier and is not necessary as it is now."
