    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule be amended—— (b) in the proposed amendments to the Value Added Tax Act, 2013, by— (iii) deleting the proposed amendment to the following paragraph of Part I of Section A of the First Schedule⸺ (a) paragraph 21A; This is to restore milk to the same position, at zero rating. Any action other than that will make it expensive and it is not good at this time when people are really suffering and need milk."
