    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I noted that the person who is introducing this tax on fishing nets must have been working for the Chinese. In this country, we consume more Chinese fish than the fish from the lake. Therefore, I want to speak to the governors from the lake region, they must think outside the box and see fishing as a serious economic activity where they need to invest their resources. We need to see counties investing in fishing cages in the lake, so that we are able to feed the entire country. We do not need to eat Chinese fish in this county. Thank you."
