    "content": " Allow us to congratulate the venerable Chairman because he has come through for the people of Kariadudu, Riverside and Kasabuni in Babadogo. Last year, there was hue and cry when the price of sugar in consumable confectionery was increased. Now that it is going to be zero-rated, my people can go and work in the industries and do not have to be at home.
