The reason for having the Law of Contract Act is the loans which are outstanding in the banks. When you touch anything to do with loans, you probably need to go to the Law of Contract Act. That is why I am saying we are going to withdraw this to allow for further consultations so that it can be brought back in a better way in the Finance Bill."
