Actually, for the last three years, this Question has appeared almost every other time. The Minister has just confirmed that they have some support from development partners. We are very skeptical about that answer and the fact that this money might be diverted. Would I be in order to ask the Minister to lay on the Table the records of the partners that they have already engaged with so that we can believe what the Minister is telling the country that indeed they have gone that far?"
