    "content": "With those few remarks, I beg to support and thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee (BAC) and the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. Today, I feel that we have done a good job as a House and as the Committee on Delegated Legislation. You know we have been hit too hard. Right now, there is a thread on twitter about Pay as You Earn (PAYE), and we are being told that we have slept on our job. Today, we have done our job very well. We have followed the House procedures to give what is right to Kenyans. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
