    "content": "Once again, I thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Kenyans now know that we are not there for populism or just to be seen to be working. This House is really working. We have passed laws and now we have given out money so that we can fully support Kenyans. Ours is not a game or a show. We are there as people’s representatives to represent their interests in this House."
