    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, my point of order is not on your Communication, which I think is clear. However, my reading of Articles 94 and 95 of the Constitution is clear that this House has a responsibility to resolve issues that are of concern to the people of Kenya. There are a group of Kenyans who are such a big number in the Republic of China and a significant number in the Republic of India. I particularly want to focus on those Kenyans suffering in the Republic of China. I am aware that the Departmental Committee on Defense and Foreign Relations has been seized of this matter, but I thought that it would table the Report to the House this morning because this matter is urgent and needs to be disposed of urgently. Hon. Deputy Speaker, during the tabling of the reports, I did not hear anything from this Committee. Could the Chair order that this report be tabled to this House urgently so that we can have an opportunity to address this matter. We cannot keep quiet when a group of Kenyans, for whatever reason they went to China, are suffering in the Republic of China. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to seek your indulgence to ask the Chair of this Committee, Hon. Katoo ole Metito, to table this Report as soon as this afternoon so that it can be dealt with.
