If at all somebody has failed to come, the practice by our Speaker last time, was that you need to name them. You cannot just say seats. That is what Hon. J.B. Muturi did last time so that next time when you indicate your availability, you should take it seriously because people are sacrificing to come to this House at such a time. We are serious. So, can you name the Members who are supposed to have occupied those seats? One way or another, they have failed."
