We cannot be saying something positive and yet, here is something negative that is going on. We have masks being produced in every county. However, from the list that was given by Hon. Sabina Chege, it seems those masks are centralized. I was going to give Hon. Wanga an order immediately. However, I am told that her manufacturing of masks has not been certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS)."
