"content": "Let me go to what they said about Leila and finish with Ng’ang’a, and I am sure the House will be convinced. Leila Ali was approved by this House. She is a Member of the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) at the moment. She was vetted by the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, chaired then by the current Ambassador in Namibia, Hon. Benjamin Langat. So, how can the same House today say that a person they had vetted is not qualified? She presented the same papers.
