    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I take note of what Hon. Thuddeus Nzambia is saying and I appreciate that he is still learning Parliament procedures. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was on the point of this lady being denied the opportunity because she is holding dual citizenship. Why did we then allow dual citizenship in this country if we cannot allow them to work? There are some duties like serving in the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) or the National Security Council (NSC) that require total and a hundred percent loyalty. In my view, we are being unfair and these are some of the things that we need to look into when we are amending the Constitution, so that we can make it clear on those areas that do not require dual citizenship.
