    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. There are two or three other issues that Sen. Malalah’s Statement may not have brought out. I would like the Chairperson to provide answers to those issues. (2) Provide details of the officer’s track record in submitting COVID-19 test results prior to the reported delay of Friday 17th April, 2020 and, (3) Explain what administrative procedures and processes were utilized in executing his demotion in light of the public service rules and guidelines; finally, (4) Provide details of the challenges that KEMRI may be facing in scaling up COVID-19 testing in regards to personnel, equipment, reagents and funding."
