    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I thank Sen. Malalah for raising an important issue. Now that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) has pronounced himself with finality over this matter, I suspect that it will likely be challenged somewhere. Can the Committee establish whether the CS will recluse himself from interfering with the challenge? I am sure due process and the right to be heard were never followed. Can the CS assure the Committee that when this matter is challenged, he will not stand on the way, interfere or make a final decision that will make it impossible for restitution to be made to the affected doctor?"
