Members, on that note, the Report by the Ad hoc Committee on the COVID-19 situation in Kenya and the proposed Bill are two items that are very critical for this afternoon. Therefore, the earlier we get there, the better. For that reason, I will allow us to wind up on Statements in the next not more than five minutes. When Order No. 8 is called out, I will require that we try to dispense with it immediately because it is a Procedural Motion on the composition of committees. I hope that the leaders have consulted their Members, or rather they ought to have consulted. Therefore, we should not take more than ten minutes on that item. This is so that we tackle those two issues; the Report by the Ad hoc Committee on the COVID-19 situation in Kenya and the proposed Bill."
