Whenever the Chair gives a directive, the Clerks must make sure that that matter is reflected on the Order Paper. If Sen. Wetangula had not risen to bring that to our attention, it could have simply disappeared. Once the Chair has given a directive, the matter belongs to the House and should appear on the Order Paper."
