Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have come across this before since I am the Chairperson of the Committee on Transport. Urban Development and Public Works falls under my Committee. In our first term, when we paid a visit to Kitui County, and I was with Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., we found out that the Speaker of the County Assembly of Kitui had constructed a 20 by 20 bathroom and a Jacuzzi inside the office. Whenever things would get hot, he would go and dip himself in the jacuzzi."
