    "content": "There is so much money that has been mentioned, especially the Kshs40 billion that the Cabinet Secretary said has been spent. We need to know exactly how this money has been spent. It will not be the usual story that money has been spent, yet it has not. It is not time for Kenyans to listen and be told what has not been done. It is time to fight COVID-19 and I urge this Committee to find out where the money has gone from those responsible."
