Sakaja, on the issue of your Bill, I will direct that it be prioritised as the first item for next sitting. I will liaise with the Senate Business Committee (SBC) for that to be effected. I will be proposing that the normal Statements unless it is an emergency, be done after your Bill and Report should ordinarily take priority. Today we took a lot of time on the ordinary Statements, which have ended up almost being the same thing, but less time for your Report. I will allow one or two, then, for the convenience of the House, I will ask that we adjourn. I will reduce the time further to three minutes."
