This money needs to be spent especially on the issue of the COVID-19 pandemic. You are well aware of the demand for the personal protective equipment (PPE) by our medical practitioners in our medical facilities such as the N-95 face masks. They need them now. Even vulnerable groups in informal settlements, for instance, Kibra, need to promptly access this money from now. That is the reason we are calling this House to support the shortening of the publication of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.9 of 2020).
