    "content": "This is a very small Bill. It has only three clauses. I do not want to take a lot of time. It is a Bill that is part of the business laws that we passed. This Bill seeks to strengthen the framework of enforcing contracts. It has three clauses. One, currently, the amount that the small businesses can take to the small claims court is Kshs200,000. We want to amend it to Kshs1million, so that more cases can be finished at that court."
