    "content": "The other issue which I wanted to deal with is Section 20(2). Under the Bill, we intend to delete Section 20(2) so that lawyers can now be allowed to represent parties in those courts. By and large, I must say that the Committee had enough time to look through this Bill and received submissions from the public through various stakeholders. We are agreeable to that amendment under Section 20(2) and also Section 20(3) of the same Act so that we can have that amended as per the Bill. As I conclude, there is an intention to introduce an amendment to Section 34 of the Bill. With those remarks, I beg to second and request Members to support this Bill."
