This is a House of rules. If it is from the social media, from where I sit, the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, which we will consider this afternoon, is the one that will give money for COVID-19. Evidence should be provided that shows that the Government has used Kshs40 billion. I saw it. People are saying that the Government uses Kshs1billion everyday.
