Some of the issues you have raised here about the manner of distribution and the point raised by Hon. David Ochieng’ about accompaniments and other issues, maybe, the Cabinet Secretary will be in a better position to respond to them while still dealing with the other issues that the Chairperson of the Committee has just stated.
