"content": "That is such a frivolous point that should earn you suspension for the balance of the day. You are seated. Who does not know you are the elected Member of Parliament for Kamukunji? Unless you want to tell people in the diaspora, who may not have known. You are comfortably seated inside the Chamber and you even appear to be happy. Do not worry because we had agreed that if those who had been allocated seats are not here by 3.00 p.m., they forfeit that chance. We must allow those Members who are willing to be in the Chamber to be here. You do not indicate that you are coming for the afternoon sitting and you are not here by 3.00 p.m. You better go and do other things in the village. We cannot have empty seats.
