    "content": "In respect of Vote 1166 which is State Department for Fisheries, Aquaculture and the Blue Economy, this is counterpart funding. Ksh620 million had been left out, which is additional counterpart funding from the Government of Kenya to supplement donor funding to this very important Fisheries, Aquaculture and Blue Economy. We appreciate that with the challenges that we have with COVID-19 pandemic, aquaculture and blue economy will be key drivers of our economy because people can work in the lakes and ocean with social distancing with small boats and fish and supplement our food production by fishing."
