    "content": " I was not with him. As I second, there were three issues that were sticky; that is what the amendment is speaking to - like the question of advocates not being able to practise. The jurisdiction of the court was a major issue. These issues have been addressed by the proposed amendments. There was a lot of conversation by advocates. Their concerns have been addressed by this amendment. I second."
