Chairman, I am seeking clarification from the Chair of the respective Committee because in the published Bill, the prescribed limit had been set at one million which seems to be very reasonable in view of the circumstances at the moment. He needs to give us the justification they used to reduce it to Kshs500,000, which in essence beats the purpose of ADR as proposed in the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. We need that clarification. I will still go for the one million that was in the original Bill. Thank you."
