I beg to report that the Committee of the whole House has considered the Small Claims Court (Amendment) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.4 of 2020, and approved the same with amendments and, subject to recommittal of Clauses 2 and 3. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it has to be clear because the new clause had not been canvassed. So, there would be no need to recommit. So, that is the position. So, it is Clauses 2 and 3.
