Is it in order for the Senior Counsel to squarely blame the Jubilee Government on issues that have been recurring even when he was the Minister for Lands? Is it right to now put all the blame on the Jubilee Government? Yes, there is a problem, but we must apportion the right amount of blame by saying: “When I was in Government, we tried to do this, this is where we reached, and this is what the current Government needs to do.”"
