    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this to support the Statement by the Senator of Makueni County, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. Court services have ground to a halt as a result of the delay in the appointment of these judges. The Court of Appeal had branches in Mombasa, Nakuru and Kisumu counties. All of them have been disbanded and the court brought to Nairobi. It means that court services are no longer devolved. We have to spend a lot of money to come to Nairobi to access services of the Judiciary."
