    "content": " When this Bill was transacted, the House recommended various amendments to the Bill from the Senate. A Mediation Committee was then established. My view is that if you look at the provisions in the Constitution relating to a Mediation Committee in Articles 112 and 113 against Article 123 that the Leader of the Majority Party is speaking to, it is not defined how voting should take place in the Mediation Committee. In this respect, all our amendments as the National Assembly were agreed to in the Mediation Committee. I request we go to the business.
