    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I had asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a Ministerial Statement over one month ago. The Statement was supposed to be brought to this House yesterday, but the Minister promised to do it today. I do not see the Minister around and I am wondering why this Statement cannot be issued. This was in relation to the continued occupation of the Migingo Island by the Ugandan forces, even after this House had passed a resolution that the Government should use all means possible to get back this island. Could this Statement be issued this afternoon?"
