"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, my point of order is that if a Motion is framed in English, moved and seconded in English, how can an amendment to the Motion be moved in Kiswahili? How would it fit even if he had moved the amendment? I heard him speak in Kiswahili throughout. We do not mind him speaking in Kiswahili, but he should move the amendment in English then contribute in Kiswahili."
