We are aware that there are so many accidents on our roads today as a result of carelessness by motorcycle riders. The clarification I would want to seek from him is: If these people must have licences and follow the traffic rules, where are the driving schools for these people? Do we have, in this country, motorcycles that are used to train motorcyclists?"
