    "content": "country, we buried pyrethrum. We were the best producer and marketer of pyrethrum in the world. We were producing 70 per cent of the world’s pyrethrum. Now we have been bypassed by small countries like Rwanda. The KTDA, as a monopoly, has decided to mess the farmers by not giving them their dues. When the regulations come to this House, I would like to urge Members to look at them critically to ensure that KTDA does not have the power to change anything that it has agreed on with farmers, and that it learns to stick to the contractual agreement. I support that request for a statement."
