    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to assure the House that the journey initiated by my Committee of visiting all the police stations in the country will unearth most issues that are making the police behave in the manner that they do. It is not all police officers who behave in that manner. We want to understand why they behave in the manner that they do. Last year, we allocated money to the National Police Service (NPS) for the establishment of 9 mental health centres so that they can take care of police officers. We will go back to them and find out why there has been no improvement. I want to assure the House that we will follow up on those issues and ensure that they are addressed by the NPS. The citizenry will feel that they are being served by Utumishi Kwa Wote ."
