    "content": "It is against this background that I seek for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health. In her Statement, the Chairperson should inform the House on the following: (i) What measures has the Government put in place to seal all loopholes that may trigger the spread of the virus in the border counties such us Migori County? (ii) What measures is the Government putting in place to control movement of people across the porous common border with Tanzania? (iii)What measures is the Government putting in place to ensure the border counties particularly, Migori County, have the capacity in terms of health facilities, equipment and personnel to be in a position to effectively handle COVID-19 cases? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
