Let me take this opportunity to also thank the Chair for the responses and quickly add that I would not really want to blame him, because it is a copy and paste exercise. It is surprising that the Ministry is not taking their work seriously. In the response, the Ministry indicates that the opening for second term has been rescheduled by one month, effective 4th May. This is the response from the Ministry yet the Ministry has already announced that it has rescheduled opening to 4th June.
