    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to place my voice to this particular Statement which has been ably read by the Chair. I only want to raise one issue. This pertains to readiness of our candidates and the Ministry’s ability to provide the syllabus to them. So, even when they are at home, that is a very fundamental thing which needs to be addressed. We need to ensure every single candidate in the Republic of Kenya is aware of the syllabus on the basis of which the exams will be set. I thank you."
