    "content": "I am saying we need a moment of retrospection because the budget process is with us today. I will shortly be reading a statement relating to the budget process. A budget has been tabled in this House, which has been done in the manner described by the Member for Othaya, that these are budget estimates that have been prepared in extraordinary circumstances, but in a very ordinary manner as if there is no COVID-19 in this country or as if floods are not ravaging this country, or like we do not have children who are at home without food."
