The Ministry informed the Committee that the World Bank support is expected to assist the Ministry in the national COVID- 19 response for a period of six months from April to September 2020. We were sure that the funds would be utilised prudently during the period. I will table this document because there is no time. With the proper response from the Ministry, the Members can interrogate the concerns of what happened with the personal protective equipment (PPEs) and what materials the Government has given to each county. I have also attached a document so that Members can go through it as we go through the motion with the Ministry of Health. I beg to submit."
